How do I view the last activity for a card (and dashboard)?

Last year someone asked whether there is a way to see the last activity for a card, but it did not get directly answered. So I am asking here. Specifically, I need to do a major clean-up of old cards and dashboards that are no longer used. To do this, I need a report on the last activity date (the last view). Currently, I can only see a list of activity but cannot filter down to the last activity for each card (or dashboard). Is there a way to do this?
