Dynamic date in dashboard textbox

Hi,

I need some help in creating a dynamic date in a dashboard text box. i'm looking for the date to display yesterdays date.

Also can this dynamic date be used for a summary number in a text box?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

    You could use a CONCAT function in a Textbox card to display the date in whatever format you'd like. For example, this code will give you the output below:

    1. CONCAT('Yesterday: <br>',DATE_FORMAT(DATE_SUB(CURDATE(),interval 1 day),'%m / %d / %Y'))

  • You haven't stated what's going wrong in your code ...

    maybe try wrapping date in a MAX() function

  • Thanks @MichelleH this works great. Do you know if there a way to have the text all on one line instead of the date underneath the text.

  • @MichelleH disregard my previous reply, it now ok with some formatting tweaks. ?

  • Hi @Steve-DOMOnoob

    Just remove the <br> HTML code in the CONCAT function
