How can I alter credentials for a deleted user?

Hi,

 

A bunch of our connectors were set up by someone who has since left the company. Their Domo account has been deleted: does anyone know how to change the account owner of a data connector account/take ownership over from someone whose account has been deleted? At the moment, we get the error below:

  • I am having this same situation. The person that set these up is no longer with us and I would like their connectors switched over to me. I am simultaneously trying to set up my own connectors (also unsuccessfully Smiley Frustrated ) and would like to know if this I could leverage these already set-up accounts since I'm having difficulty.
