Is it possible to have the x-axis label at the top of a Bar Chart?

I need the x-axis label to appear at the top of a Bar Chart so that it looks better in ppt. Is this even feasible?

    Unfortunately, I do not know of a way to move the X axis label from the bottom to the top of the card.
