Has anyone built a card or two to monitor Workbench Job stats?

Hey team -

Has anyone built a card or two to monitor Workbench Job stats?

Wondering where that data lives (start/end time, last/next run, message)  to setup some reporting.

Thanks for your time!

    Hi,

You can get some of that data by asking support to enable DomoMetrics in your instance.

Just a heads up: I don't know if it will continue to exist in this form because my DomoMetrics datasets are now 15 days behind, and support didn't yet provide a valid cause for this or solve the issue. Also, the related apps from the app store are not available anymore. I hope if Domo depreciates this type of datasets at least provide a valid alternative to them.

This is an example of one of the datasets you would be getting:

    COLUMNS
    Card Owner
    Card Title
    Card ID
    Card Still Exists
    Owner Still Exists
    Owner ID
    Owner Employee Number
    Owner Is Domo User
    Last Viewed
    Total View Count
    Datasource Name
    Last Updated
    Datasource Type

This could provide great insights such as and not limited to:

    MOST VIEWED OUT-OF-DATE CARDS
Shows the title of the most viewed cards among those that have not been updated in the last 15 days.
    MOST OUTDATED DATASETS
Displays the number of days since the dataset was updated
    AVERAGE DATASET AGE
This chart shows the average age of your data broken down by datasource type.
    PAGE REACH
This card shows the unique number of users that have visited each page.
    UNIQUE PAGE VISITS
This card shows the number of unique page views per user.
    USER VIEWS
Use this card to show the number of times a specific user has viewed cards.

    Hope this helps
