Changes to Reports?

Am I suffering from the Mandela effect? It seems everything to do with Scheduled Reports is different.
When I click on "Reports" I go to the Reports section and there is nothing and I now have to use the drop down and select either dashboard or card. What is the blank default Report section? Didn't this used to show all Reports (combined cards and dashboards)?
Now when accessing Reports from the More > Reports section (or from the schedule option on the content) there is no longer the ability to edit a report. The only ability is to subscribe/unsubscribe. I swear I used to be able to edit reports from here instead of going through the Admin > Content > Reports section. This seems like a problem as we have many users that have scheduled reports and now no longer have the ability to edit the report they scheduled as they do not have Admin grants. Am I missing something or am I correct that now the only option for these users would be to unsubscribe from the existing report and go create a new one? That seems rather onerous when wanting to make a simple change such as to the distribution date or time.

Yep I noticed this too. This was updated to prepare for the rollout of Report Builder and the new reports experience. You can see your card and dashboard reports by selecting the drop down:
If I solved your problem, please select "yes" above
