Data Recovery Policy

How is our data protected as users of Domo? In the event that our data in Domo/Amazon has a catastrophic failure, what is the policy? Can someone point me to documentation please?

Please have a look at the following post in the Dojo.
In addition, the key documents that may pertain to your question that you should review are Domo's
Thanks!

I don't see where it discusses how the data is protected in detail? or the recovery process? Do we have anything that talks about that? The service Agreement talks about Service Availability, but it's vague in the backup process
I don't walk away from that document saying I know that Domo does xyz with Amazon and xyz happens within in x days

Let me ask internally and see what else we can share in this regard.
Thanks!
