Error when editing dashboard

Hello below error received when trying to edit DOMO dashboard:

'You are currently editing content that is embedded in 1 instance, changes that are saved will reflect in those instances'

Can I please get help on the context/ details for this error please and how to avoid? Are there any implications to keep in mind?

    This means that the dashboard is potentially being used in another website using Domo Everywhere. Any changes you make will affect anyone who is viewing it in the embedded website. If your organization is not using Domo Everywhere, then it is likely that someone went to the Sharing option on the dashboard and chose Embed Dashboard and switched the embed option from Off to Public or Private.
