Reshift connector isn't working

I've been attempting to connect to Redshift connector for over a month now with no luck. I've been through the page below to troubleshoot, and I've whitelisted all of the ips to the security group associated to my VPC but still no connection.
Amazon Redshift and Cloud Amplifier

@lthompson - Have you submitted a support ticket for this?
Also, just want to verify…you mentioned the Redshift connector, but the article you linked to is for Cloud Amplifier, not a connector. Are you using Cloud Amplifier or a connector?

@Tasleema In Domo it is called an "Amazon Redshift Connector". To establish connection, you also go through the connectors tab.
This maybe the correct page to troubleshoot but I have tried them all so excuse me if I shared the incorrect one previously.

@lthompson thanks for the clarification. The last link you shared should be the right one for that connector. I'd suggest submitting a support ticket to get help with this.
