Zoom Connector - Webinars

Our organization has numerous individuals who conduct numerous webinars. I can not seem to figure out how we can efficiently pull in webinar data with the Zoom Connector. Any ideas or can this be requested?

The Webinar Participants Report and Webinar Details Report requires you to select the specific User ID and Webinar to pull down the data. Which effectively makes it a manual process, requiring connections setup for each and every event.

Now on the Webinar Registrants Report, you still have to select a User ID (ideally an option would be to pull all) but at least you can select to pull in all Webinars under that User ID. Half way there!

A key metric for us is # of Registrants and # of Participants.

Another similar challenge, is the connector only pulls in a Webinar ID, not the Webinar Name. Perhaps this is in a different report that I have overlooked?

  • Based on how the API works it's likely currently not possible. I'd recommend adding an idea to the idea exchange to allow for this connector to query all users and pull all meetings.
