Zoom Connector - Webinar Reporting Challenges

Many people in our organization frequently conduct Zoom Webinars as part of our business model. The most important KPIs for us are # Registered and # Attended.

Perhaps I am approaching this wrong or this is an opportunity for enhancement of the connector, but we have the follow challenges:

Webinar Participant Report - the connector requires us to identify both the User ID and Webinar ID of each Webinar the team has. Essentially making this a manual, cumbersome process. It would be very helpful and increase the usefulness of the connector if we could select All User IDs and All Webinar IDs

Webinar Registrants Report - the connector requires us to identify the User ID of each team member who does webinars. However, it does allow you to select All Webinars. We have many users, so we would consume a large number of data inflows each week. It would be very helpful and increase the usefulness of the connector if we could select All User IDs.

Webinar Names - We are only able to ingest Webinar IDs, not the Webinar Name/Title.

Thank you in advance for any suggestions you might have and/or considering enhancements as suggested above.

  • You might be able to leverage the JSON No Code connector and dynamically loop through a dataset with different values to then query the different API endpoint however it requires knowledge of APIs and sending the proper authentication across.

Alternatively you could write your own Domo connector to do this.

Otherwise you can log an idea in the idea exchange for Domo to attempt to update the connector.
