Netsuite.com data source name retirement

Netsuite is retiring the Netsuite.com data source in favor of the Netsuite2.com data source.  The Netsuite.com data source will be available to customers until the Netsuite 2026.1 release, but will no longer be supported as of the Netsuite 2025.1 release.

The data source name is required by the NetSuite SuiteAnalytics Connect Connector  (com.domo.connector.netsuitejdbc) and the NetSuite SuiteAnalytics Connect Partition Connector (com.domo.connector.netsuitejdbcpartition) during authentication and Connector Account creation.  Consequently, customers using these connectors are advised to check the data source name configured in the Connector Accounts used to power their datasets.  Connector Accounts using the Netsuite.com data source should be updated to use the Netsuite2.com data source, or customers can create new Connector Accounts with the new data source name. The Netsuite.com data source will be available until the 2026.1 release, but will no longer be supported by Netsuite as of the 2025.1 release.  Customers are advised to review their Connector Accounts as soon as is convenient, but at the very least before their Netsuite instance is updated to the 2026.1 release.  Connector Accounts using the Netsuite.com data source will no longer be able to connect after the 2026.1 release.

The connectors have already been updated to default the data source name to Netsuite2.com, so new Connector Accounts created after Jan 1 2025 should already be using the correct data source name.  The data source name update does not have any impact on the reports available or the schema of existing datasets in these connectors, nor does it impact the Netsuite App TBA connector.  No migration of datasets to a different connector or Connector Accounts is required.
