Sprinklr Infrastructure Update notification

Customers using our Sprinklr connectors might have received a notice from Sprinklr announcing an update to their infrastructure.   The notice effectively says the domain for the API is moving from api2.sprinklr.com to api3.sprinklr.com, and asks customers to update their integrations to use the new domain.

Domo will make the necessary changes to the connectors to account for the new domain name.  These changes will not impact the schema of reports being pulled in, nor will it impact the available reports in the connectors.  Consequently, customers will not need to make any changes to their datasets or Connector Accounts in Domo.

Customers who need access to the app that houses the client id and secret used to power up their datasets will need to re-register for the Sprinklr developer portal using the same email address they initially used to create the app. Sprinklr will migrate their app to the new framework, so they do not need to create a new one, but they won't be able to access the migrated apps if they do not re-register in the developer portal with the same email address that was used to create the app originally.   Re-registering in the developer portal does not affect their existing datasets.
