Smart Text with many filters selected, best way to represent it for better users experience?

Almost every time I build an App, there are multiple filters to select up top (Name, Branch, Province, Branch type, etc.)
I usually have a smart text to show the selected filters for approriate section. However, the smart text look very busy when you have more than 3 filters selected:
Another option is to break 1 line to multiple lines, however, with none of the filters selected, it also doesn't look good.
Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thank you!

I try to group filtering and sort of summarize based on the groups:
Location: Dallas, New York
Type: RetailAnd if no filtering is selected, display 'No filters selected'. Or you could try something on a single line such as :
🏢 Branch: Toronto | 📍 Province: Ontario | 🛒 Type: Retail
