Domo Excel Add-in "Live Data Mode"

I would like to disable "Live Data Mode" in the Excel addin. I've created the excel sheet, saved it, moved it to the business system. On my system, when I select "Refresh all" Live Data Mode stays off. However, on the other system, when I select Refresh All, live Live Data Mode enables again, turns blue. I've tried turning it off and saving the sheet again, but so far it continues to re-enable Live data mode. Any suggestions?
