Error: "Domo is ready, but you don't have access to the associated account. Please contact the account owner to have them share the account with you."
Cause:
- Permissions Issue: The user does not have access to the NetSuite account linked to the Domo connector. This could happen if the account owner (the person who initially connected NetSuite to Domo) has not shared the account or granted the necessary permissions.
Solution….
- Contact the Account Owner: The user should reach out to the owner of the NetSuite account (likely the person who set up the NetSuite connection in Domo). They need to share the connection with the user.
- Account Sharing in Domo:
- The account owner should navigate to the Data Center in Domo.
- Find the specific NetSuite Connector being used.
- Share the connection by going to Accounts under the connector settings and adding the user.
- Verify Permissions in NetSuite: Ensure that the user has the necessary permissions within NetSuite itself. This includes any roles or access rights that are required to pull data from NetSuite into Domo.
- Re-authenticate (if necessary): If the sharing process doesn’t resolve the issue, the account owner may need to re-authenticate the NetSuite connection and re-share it.
