Can you use SQL or Magic ETL to change the color of cells based on decreasing values?

Hello,
I have a sales pivot table that I want to highlight when sales are decreasing. Is there a way to highlight a cell if it is less than the previous cell (basically if cells are decreasing month to month?)

Thank you. It doesn't seem I can keep my format that I am using with the Pivot table if I change to the HTML table.
