The error looks like it has trouble trying to connect DV 360 (Google Display & Video 360) to Domo related to a permission problem or missing configuration in your Google Cloud Console project.

I'm not familiar with the DV360, but here's an AI solution. Maybe it will help.

API Access and Enable Display & Video 360 API in Google Cloud Console:

You need to make sure that the Display & Video 360 API is enabled in your Google Cloud project. Here's how to check and enable it:

    • Go to the Google Cloud Console.
    • Navigate to API & Services > Library.
    • Search for "Display & Video 360 API".
    • If it's not enabled, click the Enable button.

    Check OAuth 2.0 Client Credentials:

Ensure you have set up OAuth 2.0 credentials in the Google Cloud Console for authenticating Domo to access the Display & Video 360 API:

    • Navigate to APIs & Services > Credentials in the Google Cloud Console.
    • You’ll need to provide these credentials (client ID and secret) in the Domo DV 360 connector setup.
      • Application type: Choose Web application.
      • Authorized redirect URIs: Ensure the redirect URIs are correctly set up to match the ones provided by Domo.

Grant Permissions for the Service Account (if applicable):

If you're using a service account to authenticate, ensure the service account has the necessary permissions:

    • Go to IAM & Admin in the Google Cloud Console.
    • Find the service account used for the connection.
    • Add the Display & Video 360 API User role or higher to this service account.
    • Ensure the service account has access to the DV 360 Partner account in the Display & Video 360 settings.

Check for API Quotas and Restrictions:

There may be restrictions or quotas on the API usage that can cause the 403 Forbidden error.

    • Navigate to API & Services > Quotas in Google Cloud Console.
    • Check that you have sufficient quota for the Display & Video 360 API.

Verify Google Account Access to DV 360 Partner:

The Google account you are using to authenticate the connection must have access to the DV 360 Partner account. Ensure that:

    • The Google account has sufficient permissions (Admin or Standard User) within DV 360.
    • Verify that the account is associated with the correct Partner ID in DV 360.
