Charting with a filled gauge.

Hi,
2 part question. For reference I am using 1 gauge and a variable to switch between revenue/ cost/ margin view.
1) I am using the gauge to compare to budget. I am wondering for the color of the gauge is it possible to have it be green when Margin/Revenue is above the target line but green when the Cost is below the target line?
2) Is it possible to make the 'Target Label' switch dynamically. When Margin is selected can it display 'Margin Budget $…' and when switched to Revenue can it display 'Revenue Budget $…'.

With just 6 values (Marge/Revenue/Cost and their respective budgets), I think a visual that doesn't require interaction would be preferable to let users see measures at a glance. A bullet chart could do that, and then I would use a different series for budget vs. target to make clear you're trying to push through the targets, but stay inside the budget:

But to answer your question, no you can't reverse the color code on the filled gauge based on a variable. You could do it with a Symbol+Stacked bar, where you could create a series that is "over budget", "under budget", "over target", "under target" and color code based on that.

You can't have dynamic labels on a filled gauge based on the variable, but you could use smart text in the title/description of the card to display the variable name.
