Power Point Add In Visualization Issue

When attempting to load cards to Power Point with the Add-In I'm having an issue where the Card Visualization is not loading for some cards and dashboards. It will spin as if it is trying to load but never show the visual. If I switch this to the data table view, the data table will work show without an issue.

The commonality in this appears to be cards that have a beast mode with a variable date component built into it. Cards from dashboards without the variable date load just fine.

Is there a way to get the add-in to load the visualization that have a variable imbedded in them? Or could there be some other unknown issue causing this?

Thanks!

Variables with dates can be complex. They might involved dynamic calculations or filtering the visual cannot do. Try using static dates to see if the visual loads correctly. There might be something ambiguous in the date parameters.

The PowerPoint Add-In may have limitations in handling dynamic or complex date calculations. If this is the case, it might be worth considering alternate methods for integrating Domo data into PowerPoint. The Add-In used Domo's API. There may be constraints or bugs related to how dynamic dates are handled.
