Why are my Bar labels not appearing unless full screen?

I've gone through each property setting so many times, and can't seem to find the setting to make these appear. Thanks!

    When you say bar properties, do you mean the value? There's a property setting for data labels. Hit the plus sign and select what you want on the label, or type directly.

    @PJG The bar labels may not be visible if the card is too small on the dashboard so that the labels aren't taking up the entire chart. If you want to make sure they are visible, you can either make the card larger on the dashboard or add the Category Name to the data label settings, like in @ArborRose's screenshot

    Hi Arbor & Michelle,

    Thank you both for the replies. The issue was a little strange. Even though the card was quite wide horizontally, which you'd think would give it enough space to show the labels on the Y axis, the issue was actually that I had to add more vertical height to the card to make the labels show. Not ideal, but not a huge issue to have the cards take up a little more vertical space.
