ETL Not connecting

Hi,

I was looking for an article on deleting unnecessary columns from my dataset. I found one that required ETL, so I created one based on that article. However, it's been stuck in "connecting" status for quite some time now. I've tried cancelling and re-running it, but it's been more than 30 minutes and my dataset still hasn't loaded. Any thoughts?

    What you are doing above is basically a solution that should work. The lack of connection shouldn't be because of Domo. I suspect a network issue, firewall, lack of VPN login, or something in the connection to ZD1.

    Look under admin > tools for schema management. You can alter your datasets there.
