pls see below picture which shows 'enable the subtotal chart option to edit these settings'.

I didn't find the subtotal chart option.

where is the subtotal chart option? thanks

    In the Chart Properties section, you need to select Show subtotal rows under the subtotal rows section and then the subtotal section will be enabled for each column.

    it should be under Subtotal rows in the chart options to the left of the chart where you can enable the subtotals
