Survey form ( form builder) not loading on safari browser for the members

A survey form built through form builder is embedded on the membership portal and is now not being loaded for the members on mobile and desktop browser. Is this something that needs to be fixed by DOMO?

    It doesn't sound like a Domo issue. Sounds like something that needs to be addressed in the HTML and javascript code used to display the form. Different browser platforms have different compatibilities. Its typically the developer that needs to address the code to make things work.

    The developer has utilized iframe code provided by domo to embed it within the HTML application. They assert that there are no issues from their end and within the code.
