Domo Workbench Error

I have an Excel file that gets picked up using Domo Workbench once per week. Workbench is showing an error, "Cannot read that as a ZipFile."

The file is not configured as a zip file. It's a local Excel file. And it's configured to load as an Excel file (Excel: On-Premise). I opened after seeing the error and it opens in Excel in Protected View. Does anyone know specifically whether Protected View is causing the error or something else?

    I'd recommend logging a ticket with Domo Support as it sounds like a bug with Workbench they'd need their development team to look into.

  • Do you get this error message when you click on the preview (eyeball) icon in the job as well? Is it an .xls file or .xlsx?

  • It does not error when I click the preview. The file is xlsx.

    @ArborRose I can confirm that this is a bug that will be fixed in an release in the next couple weeks.
