Good day, can I ask for your help. I'm joining two datasets, one from a dataset view and the other one from an email connector. My join keys are two text columns, specifically an email address. There should be a match but I'm not getting anything. I've already tried using the String Operations tile to trim both spaces on both texts, I've also tried the Add Formula tile using the Upper function on both texts but still I'm not getting any match on my left join.

    Is the email the only field you're joining on? Have you used the formula tile to calculate the LENGTH of each of your emails to make sure they're the same length?

    Yes, it's the email only. I've checked the length of the emails using the formula tile and they are with the same length as well.

    @GrantSmith It's working now. I tried my left join again and it turns out I don't have to use a Formula tile or any String Operations tile. Thank you so much for your response. Appreciate it.
