HTML to color cell green or red

Hi,

I am using a pivot table and I am trying to color the cell either red or green if its greater than the goal %.

I just need help with the HTML on how I would do that. Would I write it in a beastmode?

The following code I have is as followed.

CONCAT(CASE WHEN ((SUM(Empty Miles) / SUM(Total Miles)) > AVG(Goal)) THEN '*This is the spot for red*' ELSE '*This is the spot for Green* ' END, ROUND(100*(SUM(Empty Miles) / SUM(Total Miles)) ,2), '%')
