Adding Images to Table Card Using Beast Mode

Can someone help me with the formula to add a different image for each row in a table?

I've been using the attached article. I've been able to get an image added, but the same image is in each row. I can't figure out how to get different images to populate in each row, like the sales rep image example in this article.
