How to Filter Data To Specific Users

We have a sales team with several people on it and several sales reports

Is there a way to make it so Person A only sees their data on the report, but person B only sees their data on the exact same report?

What's the best way? I've looked for a guide, not sure if this would need PDP or what.

Please detail what steps you've taken to achieve this or link the guide I haven't quite found yet.

PDP is the answer for this. This is exactly what it was designed for.
