Single Value Card Number Formatting

I am trying to format the card to show the %.
-Our "Measure" is set to present the GP%

-Value=categories and Optional Label Name = GP%.

-I have manipulated the formatting in the measure itself .

Result has been: number with a K (60K) no matter which format I choose; number, currency, percent. I have also deselected boxes below ("multiple by 100" and "Use thousands separator")

-I have gone into general and manipulated the formatting there as well.

Result has been: number with a K and % (60K%) when I choose "Value Format".

Any recommendations are greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!

    @Laura_M1 It sounds like a granularity issue. Is your measure a dataset field or beast mode? Also, if you have any sort fields being used in your card I suggest removing those

    @MichelleH Thank you!

    Our GP% is in Beast Mode.
    I have removed the filters and with the % chosen under the "Value" & "Optional Label Name", that resolved the issue!
