Salesforce ExactTarget (Marketing Cloud) Connector



I'm having trouble configuring my Marketing Cloud (SOAP) Connector. ( This one, not the REST connector

Me and my Marketing Cloud admin have followed the instructions ( ) and we can confirm the MC account I'm using has been given SOAP API privileges. However, when I try to use it, I get the below message (despite everything in MC being apparently in order):

"Failed to authenticate. Verify the credentials and try again. Domo is ready, but Salesforce ExactTarget experienced an internal error with message 'An invalid security token was provided'. Please contact Salesforce ExactTarget customer support for assistance."

Is there anything we are missing here?

(Please note the REST API exposes different elements, so in our case it is not an alternative).

    Did you try a different token to see if that fixes it?

    Yes, we have tried different tokens and different accounts as well.
