TikTok Ads Connector not returning Conversion or Conversion Values

We are currently pulling data from TikTok Ads and we are getting spend correctly but conversions and conversion values are coming in 0.

Any insight in what is the correct column to pull from the API?

    Hi, Yes the raw data coming in from the API call is not controlled by Domo. If any data is missing we would need you to reach out to the data provider to get the missing data. Thanks

    Hi Charles, that's certainly a possibility.

    But with facebook ads, to get conversions you have to select `action_values` not `conversions` conversions will show up as 0 if you select it. So I am wondering if this is the same situation with TikTok.
