Calculate Hours since Start Time

I am trying to calculate in hours the difference from Current Date and Time since Start Date and Time. I have a column that contains the Start Date with time and a blank Complete Date column since we only want to see actions that are pending to be completed. I have tried different variations of TIMEDIFF but I haven't found one that works.
I appreciate the help!
