IP Whitelisting

Hi,

I have a client who is looking to use the SFTP Writeback Connector, an external organisation who hosts the SFTP server wants to whitelist the incoming traffic from Domo.

The client wants to understand if this means that they should simply whitelist their instance URL? Or is it more complicated and would they have to whitelist a different URL? Would it be possible to whitelist an IP address instead or would the IP address be dynamic?

I would use the the IP addresses that are listed in this knowledgebase article to add to your whitelist.
