Beast Mode Percentage

Pretty new to domo but is this formula the correct way of getting the percentage of items "sum(`complaint`) / COUNT(`job_number`)"
complaint is either a 1 or 0 and job numbers are integers
The ask is something like this
English > German - 1467 jobs received in the past 12 months - 58 complaints received - 3.95% complaint rate
English > Japanese - 2467 jobs received in the past 12 months - 45 complaints received - 1.82% complaint rate Hoping for a little help here
