Connecting to Google sheet with XLSX form

Google sheet with XLSX format was shared to me to create DOMO dataset. However, when Google Sheets Connector was used, I was not able to find the sheet, and error is reported when google sheet ID was used. My access is as editor so I should be able connect it. Can you please help?

    I was unable to connect to an xlsx spreadsheet in Google using the spreadsheet ID, but I could using the Discovery option and then selecting it by clicking on the 3 dots next to the Choose File. It only seems to find files in the root directory, though, but that could be how my connector was initially set up.

    I did find that I could use the spreadsheet ID option if the file was a Google Sheet, so it does seem to be a bug or limitation with the connector. You can submit a ticket to support@domo.com and have them look into the issue, or try and use the Discovery option.
