Knowbe4 Connector

Has anyone used the Knowbe4 connector? There are no instructions available from Either Domo or Knowbe4 or on the internet.
The connector asks for an API key, Knowbe4 has three API keys available I have tried all three and they have all failed.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
