I cannot figure out why my PowerPoint is not updating when using the Refresh cards using the domo plug in. I seems to work then stop working. Any reason it would cause a powerpoint to not update from the updated cards? It seems like a simple process? Thank you, Jill Bowers

    This sounds like a bug with the PowerPoint plugin, I'd log a ticket with support to get their input on it.

    Out of curiosity - have you tried restarting powerpoint? Does the issue persist? Have you logged out of the plug-in and back in again?

    Hi James, I don't recall as this was back in July 2021. But interestingly has started happening again in the last few days. I submitted a ticket to Support. Sorry I can't be of more help. I suggest submitting a ticket with support.

    I got it to work by creating a new deck. The one that I was working on had a few font that was not saving correctly. Not sure if that was root cause.
