How to disable "Quick Sort" on graphs?
I would like to remove the ability for a user to quick sort at the dashboard level (not in analyzer). The quick sort can make things a bit messy and is not very intuitive. It doesn't serve much purpose especially when a graph is meant to only show the Top or Bottom X # of records. Quickly sorting from Low to High would imply that someone is now looking at the Bottom Sources, but that's not the case -- instead they are just sorting the same Top Sources in the opposite way.
I do not see anything in Analyzer that lets me remove the Quick Sort. Am I missing some setting? Has anyone successfully been able to remove this?
Appreciate any help, thanks!

I don't think there is an option to disable that. I agree that it can lead to confusion. It would be worth submitting it in the Ideas Exchange to allow that to be an option to disable.

You could also reach out to your CSM to see if Domo has something internally or custom they could do for you to turn this off.

Re: Internal Disabling -- yes, I will reach out to our Account team and look into that. Perhaps they can remove that functionality instance-wide (which I would probably be fine with. I don't love the idea of being able to change how graphs are sorted to begin with -- also don't think it's even being used by any of our users anyways).
Separately, I found out that the quick sort button goes away if you hide your axis completely. Since this was a "Top 5" card for us, I got a little creative and created a dummy constant so that the bars for all 5 items are equal, but still sorting and displaying the true metric. You don't really need the bars to be different sizes if you know the items are already sorted as you move your eyes from top to bottom. I would love to be able to input non-aggregated values into notebook cards to create rankings in that format, but I think this achieves something similar:
