FB Ads Custom Audiences Permission Error - why?

We have all permissions granted on FB's side. We have customer audiences and can see them in our FB ads manager.
However, I continue to get this error when trying to run the custom audiences report: "DOMO is ready but Facebook returned an error: Permissions error - Either the object you are trying to access is not visible to you or the action you are trying to take is restricted to certain account types."
This is the only login with access to our page and we have all permissions selected for Domo. What am I missing?
