Brightcove Server Error Unauthorized Request
We use the Brightcove connector to pull Analytics reporting. When I try to pull a Video by Player report using the same account ID, a Server Error, Unauthorized Request (see screenshot) is generated during the run.
The list of video players in our account displays fully in Setup, but we just can run the connector without that error. The account we use to connect to Brightcove has full access to players.
Any ideas why or how to solve?

Hi,
This error is hinting towards a permissions issue with either the record or the account. I recommend trying to authorize the request in Postman if you're able to get the Client ID/Client secret and test the response to see if there's more detailed information. Providing the response to Domo Support or Brightcove support would be recommended to see if there are changes that need to be made to the connector or on Brightcove's end. Here is the support documentation on the Brightcove connector for your reference: https://knowledge.domo.com/Connect/Connecting_to_Data_with_Connectors/Configuring_Each_Connector/Connectors_for_Media_Applications/Brightcove_Connector
