Scheduled Workbench jobs no longer running




I have a number of Workbench jobs that run daily and up until a couple of weeks ago, they had been running as scheduled. Suddenly, however, they no longer run on the schedule and I've had to manually start the jobs. I have tried the following simple remedies:

  • Restarting the Domo Service on Windows
  • Restarting the computer
  • Repairing the installation of Workbench
  • Uninstalling and reinstalling Workbench

Nothing has worked. Does anyone know what I should try next? Thank you!

    I assume the Workbench logs don't really show anything useful/don't show anything at all? If you haven't I'd say reach out to Domo support, I haven't come across this issue.

    The logs don't tell me much of anything useful. I will try opening a ticket. Thanks for replying.
