Hello, I was trying to append a table to add the date to it using:
ALTER TABLE `pos_left_by_week`
ADD 'date' TIMESTAMP NOT NULL DEFAULT CURRENT_TIMESTAMP,
however, I am getting the error:
The database reported a syntax error. You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ''date' TIMESTAMP NOT NULL DEFAULT CURRENT_TIMESTAMP' at line 2

Use ticks not single quotes.
ALTER TABLE `pos_left_by_week`
ADD `date` TIMESTAMP NOT NULL DEFAULT CURRENT_TIMESTAMP0
