Trying to connect to MYSQL and keep getting error "Something went wrong getting data"

I am easily able to connect to this same data source using Microsoft Power BI.  Using same credential I keep getting the error "Something went wrong getting data"

I would first recommend checking Domo's documentation on the MySQL connector:

If you're not able to locate any answers there, then I would double-check to make sure that any necessary API permissions have been granted to the account/credentials.
