Percent Increase/decrease in hover settings in a bar graph

I have a card with 4 bar lines for each Month. I want to show the percent increase/decrease from previous month for each of the bars when we hover on one of the bars. 

Is there a way to show the percent increase/decrease for the bar quantities from the previous month ?

The Period over Period graph doesn't work as it works only for a single measure - i have 4 measures in 4 bars in my case.

You could try using a Bar + Line chart and add that variation as a beastmode in the line
