How to set default duration of publication?

Is there a way to set the defualt duration of a publication to be different from 10 seconds? Our use case is that we have TVs with Domo cards showing through publications, but we want a longer duration and not have it reset back to 10 when the page refreshes.

    There is not currently a way to set a default, that would be a good thing to submit as product feedback.
