Is it possible to create world maps with IP addresses?

My company is curious to know where our leads and customers are in the world. Unfortunately, the only location field I was provided was the lead and customers' IP addresses.

 

I tried creating a card with this filed, but it displays "No Data." Before I propose a survey, I was wondering if anyone knew how to assemble a card with IP addresses. I assume a calculated field is needed, but I'm not exactly sure how to read an IP address and know which addresses are within the US, UK, Germany, etc.

    You would need to use an IP to location database mapping like this one (https://lite.ip2location.com/) in order to get either the LAT/LONG or the ZIP. Once you've joined your IPs to this you should be able to mape them.
