MySQL Connector Issue

Hey community,

 

We are trying to connect to our open MySQL database. However we encounterred a connection issue. A screenshot was attached below. 

 

The note says that 'Failed to authenticate. Verify the credentials and try again. Error setting up SQL connection. Trying to connect with ssl, but ssl not enabled in the server'.

 

Any help is appreciated!

That is a connector that you need whitelisting for. This article explains it. You will just need to whitelist the IPs
