Time Zone Issues?

I am pulling data from Salesforce using your connector where I am measuring the number of days between two distinct events, yet for some reason the numbers that I am getting in Salesforce are slightly different from the numbers being reported in Domo (usually 1-3 days difference). Is this a time zone problem?

    Can you provide more detail about how you are calculating the difference between the event times?

     

    As a note, in Domo, all data is assumed to be in UTC. When previewed or viewed on a card, it is automatically shifted to the timezone selected in your Company Settings. The shifting is universal, though, so all records will be shifted by the same number of hours. Any difference calculation should come out the same regardless of what timezone they are in.
