DOMO API and Finding Datasets without PDP

Using the Domo API, Is there a way to determine which datasets do not have PDP applied to it?

I'm using the python sdk example and it processes part way but it's breaking on me.

I created myself a dev instance and changed my client_id and client_secret. 

Do I need to change the api end point from default of 

API_HOST = 'api.domo.com'

Any suggestions to get it working in my test environment?
